Free Shipping Policy
Orders of NZ$699 or more ship free to main‑centre street addresses. Orders that do not meet the free‑shipping threshold will incur a shipping charge at checkout.
Rural Address Shipping (RD)
Carriers charge substantially more for RD routes; we cannot deliver free to rural (RD) addresses.
If your order qualifies for free shipping (barring your RD address) and you do not wish to pay shipping, you can either:
- Provide an alternate main‑centre delivery address.
- Use the address of your local Mainfreight depot as your delivery address and pick up the goods directly from there.
- Under the order notes section of the transaction, include a message stating that you intend to pick up direct from the depot.
Shipping Times
Dispatch
We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Care must be taken in how things are packed for freighting; we’d rather things arrive in the new condition they were shipped in as opposed to being damaged in transit. Typically orders ship out within 2‑business days. Periods of higher volume do occur that may affect our dispatch times.
Shipping
Typical shipping times are up to 7 days for North Island deliveries and up to 10 days for South Island deliveries from the time the order is dispatched. Rural RD shipping may take longer. Most orders arrive quicker than the above times. Weather and unforeseen circumstances can also have an impact.
Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return your items must be:
- Unused in brand‑new condition
- Have tags still attached
- In original packaging
Some fees such as payment‑processing fees or buy‑now, pay‑later fees are non‑refundable.
Return shipping on change‑of‑mind returns
Regrettably, due to the high cost of domestic freight in New Zealand, we are unable to provide free return shipping for change‑of‑mind returns. The balance between the best service and delivering you the best price falls here (this is the only way we are able to offer free delivery). We genuinely wish this could be different—apologies, and thank you for your understanding.

Folio Rocking Chair
Stylish and embracing armchair for relaxing outdoors, the Folio Rocking Chair by NARDI. The armchair has an enveloping backrest that flows seamlessly to the spacious lowered seat, a refined structural embrace that can be reclined in two locked comfort positions. The rocking base consists of two curved glides that slot into the chair’s feet.
The Folio’s large structure is made of a sheet (“foglio” in Italian, from which it gets its name) in perforated resin. The square perforation pattern is loosely modeled on iron gates you’d find on Victorian era country houses, combining a refined time tested style with a more contemporary one.
