Free Shipping Policy
Orders of NZ$699 or more ship free to main‑centre street addresses. Orders that do not meet the free‑shipping threshold will incur a shipping charge at checkout.
Rural Address Shipping (RD)
Carriers charge substantially more for RD routes; we cannot deliver free to rural (RD) addresses.
If your order qualifies for free shipping (barring your RD address) and you do not wish to pay shipping, you can either:
- Provide an alternate main‑centre delivery address.
- Use the address of your local Mainfreight depot as your delivery address and pick up the goods directly from there.
- Under the order notes section of the transaction, include a message stating that you intend to pick up direct from the depot.
Shipping Times
Dispatch
We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Care must be taken in how things are packed for freighting; we’d rather things arrive in the new condition they were shipped in as opposed to being damaged in transit. Typically orders ship out within 2‑business days. Periods of higher volume do occur that may affect our dispatch times.
Shipping
Typical shipping times are up to 7 days for North Island deliveries and up to 10 days for South Island deliveries from the time the order is dispatched. Rural RD shipping may take longer. Most orders arrive quicker than the above times. Weather and unforeseen circumstances can also have an impact.
Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return your items must be:
- Unused in brand‑new condition
- Have tags still attached
- In original packaging
Some fees such as payment‑processing fees or buy‑now, pay‑later fees are non‑refundable.
Return shipping on change‑of‑mind returns
Regrettably, due to the high cost of domestic freight in New Zealand, we are unable to provide free return shipping for change‑of‑mind returns. The balance between the best service and delivering you the best price falls here (this is the only way we are able to offer free delivery). We genuinely wish this could be different—apologies, and thank you for your understanding.

Rio 140-210 Extendable Table
The Rio 140–210cm Extendable Outdoor Dining Table brings the same refined Italian design and outdoor durability of the larger Rio table into a more compact footprint. Designed and manufactured by NARDI of Italy, it is ideal for patios, decks, balconies and garden dining areas where space matters, but flexibility still counts.
In its standard 140cm length, the Rio comfortably seats 6 for everyday outdoor meals. When you need extra room, the table extends to 210cm to seat 8, making it a practical choice for families, weekend entertaining and smaller outdoor dining settings. Its 85cm width keeps the table compact, helping it fit neatly into narrower spaces without losing the benefit of a full extendable design.
Choose the classic Rio poly-resin tabletop for a low-maintenance polypropylene and fibreglass resin surface with a faux timber-slat look, or select the Rio Alu option for a premium coated aluminium top and frame with a subtle ribbed slat texture. Both options are designed for outdoor use, easy cleaning and long-lasting everyday performance.
The Rio’s clever extension system keeps the legs at the ends of the table when extended, helping create comfortable seating without awkward supports getting in the way.
