Any item found to have a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced if a claim is made within the stated warranty period of 2-years from the date of purchase. Excludes damage due to improper use, abuse or negligence or use of unsuitable cleaning product.

Care Guide

This product is manufactured with polypropylene + a fibreglass component.

For effective cleaning:

Wash the product with water to remove any surface dirt and dust.
Spray the surface with a non-aggressive universal detergent.
Leave the detergent to work for a few minutes, then wipe with a damp cloth or sponge.
To remove stubborn dirt and surface marks, we recommend using a soft sponge
Use a toothbrush to remove dirt from small spaces.
Rinse with plenty of water and dry with a dry cloth.

Raffaello Galiotto

Born in Chiampo (Vicenza – Italy) in 1967. After studying Fine Arts at Accademia di Belle Arti, In Venice, he founded & opened his own industrial design studio in 1993.

His areas of specialization involve designing injection moulded plastic products, indoor & outdoor furniture, and stone & marble work.

His projects have been exhibited in prestigious museums & international events, as well as being published in books & magazines. He currently teaches design at the University of Ferrara.

Typical shipping times are up to 7 days for North Island deliveries, and up to 10 days for South Island deliveries from the time the order is dispatched. Rural RD shipping may take longer. Weather and unforeseen circumstances can impact shipping times.

Care must be taken in how things are packed for freighting; we’d rather things arrive in the new condition they were shipped as opposed to being damaged in transit
You will be sent tracking data when your order is dispatched
Freight companies take longer with Rural (RD) deliveries, we find most RD customers know the drill and area aware of this.
Orders typically leave ByDezign within 3-business days

Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return your items must be:

Unused in brand new condition
Have tags still attached
In original packaging

Sale Items: Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds.

Payment Processing Fees: Fees associated with processing the payment are non-refundable, unfortunately we can’t do anything about this as that is the industry standard for payment processing companies.

Return Shipping: We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Regrettably, due to the high cost of domestic freight in New Zealand, we are unable to provide free return shipping for change of mind returns. This is the only way we are able to offer our free delivery promotion in the first place. We genuinely wish this could be different, but please know that we have to strike a balance between the best possible service while managing operational costs to ensure our prices remain competitive.
