A couple of years I bought three chairs and a couple of loungers. They are so comfy I got myself two more and two for my son.

I will have to get another one as I have taken one inside to use at the computer. If they fitted under my table I would ditch the uncomfortable, modern wooden chairs and buy another eight for around the table. They really are the most comfortable chairs I have ever sat in outside.

The Omega lounger set is just perfect for by the pool. It looks modern and stylish, is easy to move around and is very comfortable to lie on. It arrived very well packed, protected by lots of cardboard and in a shrink wrap. I am very pleased with the purchase.

Love the design, love the colour, dissapointed with the lack of stability. The chair sways from side to side and feels uncomfortably unstable. I expected a more quality, solid chair at this price point.

We’ve sold hundreds of these chairs all over New Zealand over the past few years and received nothing but great feedback. Your experience is the first like this that we’ve heard.
These chairs are 3rd party tested by CATAS labs in Italy to 1600N of downward force (approx. 163kg) and back stress tested to 560N (approx. 57kg) in a cycle test where they hit the chair with those forces multiple times. In total there are 16 different tests performed including stability. There will be some movement in the frame, yes. This is part of its structural integrity - when weight is applied to a material such the polypropylene & fibreglass resin of this chair, it can either flex to accommodate its load or snap. What you’re experiencing as a negative is supposed to happen.

Lovely, stylish furniture. Looks great on my deck. Did need to call cause instructions were unclear. One chair arrived damaged but is being replaced. Probably had not anticipated that the dark grey table gets very hot in the sun so a hole for an umbrella would be a good addition.
Love the quality and excellent over the phone assistance and service by Alex at the Auckland store. I was supposed to receive a $20 discount off my recent purchase and unfortunately did not get it at checkout from online purchase. Absolutely love the design of this table and the chairs we got with it. It is sturdy, modern and seems as though it will weather the elements well (have only had it for a few weeks). Also love that it’s low maintenance compared to timber options. Great service over the phone too when I rang to discuss the different table top options

Great setting. We had admired the product while staying at the Sunset resort in Rarotonga and felt if it could stand up to those harsh conditions, we would be purchasing a product that will last for years to come. Looking forward to being able to use it this summer.
