Any item found to have a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced if a claim is made within the stated warranty period of 2-years from the date of purchase. Excludes damage due to improper use, abuse or negligence or use of unsuitable cleaning product.

Care Guide

This product is manufactured with polypropylene + a fibreglass component.

For effective cleaning:

Wash the product with water to remove any surface dirt and dust.
Spray the surface with a non-aggressive universal detergent.
Leave the detergent to work for a few minutes, then wipe with a damp cloth or sponge.
To remove stubborn dirt and surface marks, we recommend using a soft sponge
Use a toothbrush to remove dirt from small spaces.
Rinse with plenty of water and dry with a dry cloth.

The Omega Sun Lounger’s Colour Range:

Blue & White: The bi-colour Blue and White tends to look great in any outdoor area with a pool as a centre of focus. The Blue lends itself to matching with the water, while the neutral white is visually restful (as neutral colours tend to be) but definitely meshes well with the overall colour palette of the Sun Lounger, and the overall look and feel of most outdoor areas. Your mileage may vary, you be the judge!

Taupe & White: The Taupe colour itself rests somewhere on the spectrum between Brown and Grey. Taupe as a Sun Lounger bed is a very versatile neutral shade that will complement the surrounding décor of a plethora of outdoor patio colour schemes. It’s calm and it’s simple, the potential perfect addition to your outdoor area.

Charcoal & Charcoal: The Charcoal colour itself is a very dark grey, so dark that it’s almost black. It’s extensive use in contemporary interior and exterior décor has led it to become heavily associated with clean and minimalist design. The Synthetic Fabric Bed in Charcoal comes in the “Trama” style, offering a weave pattern that differs to the standard mesh of the other colours the Omega Sun Lounger comes in.

The Omega lounger set is just perfect for by the pool. It looks modern and stylish, is easy to move around and is very comfortable to lie on. It arrived very well packed, protected by lots of cardboard and in a shrink wrap. I am very pleased with the purchase.

Raffaello Galiotto

Born in Chiampo (Vicenza – Italy) in 1967. After studying Fine Arts at Accademia di Belle Arti, In Venice, he founded & opened his own industrial design studio in 1993.

His areas of specialization involve designing injection moulded plastic products, indoor & outdoor furniture, and stone & marble work.

His projects have been exhibited in prestigious museums & international events, as well as being published in books & magazines. He currently teaches design at the University of Ferrara.

Typical shipping times are up to 7 days for North Island deliveries, and up to 10 days for South Island deliveries from the time the order is dispatched. Rural RD shipping may take longer. Weather and unforeseen circumstances can impact shipping times.

Care must be taken in how things are packed for freighting; we’d rather things arrive in the new condition they were shipped as opposed to being damaged in transit

Freight companies take longer with Rural (RD) deliveries, we find most RD customers know the drill and area aware of this.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return your items must be:

Unused in brand new condition
Have tags still attached
In original packaging

Sale Items: Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds.

Payment Processing Fees: Fees associated with processing the payment are non-refundable, unfortunately we can’t do anything about this as that is the industry standard for payment processing companies.

Return Shipping: We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
