Cube 140×80 Outdoor Bar Leaner

Solid, sturdy & elegant, the Cube 140×80 high bar leaner manufactured with commercial grade polypropylene & fibreglass resin. Slatted table top, taking inspiration from its more maintenance prone wooden ancestors, right down to the faux wood grain. Complete with a tasteful modern matte finish.

Designed & made in Italy by NARDI outdoor, the Cube boasts DurelTop technology – hollow aluminium bars encased in resin is robust, lightweight, maintains shape and functions as an effective heat sink.  

The Cube 140×80 Outdoor Bar Leaner is the result of combining two products:

The Cube 1480×80 Table and NARDI’s clever ‘Height Lifting System’ – a supplementary height structure, the Kit High Cube 140×80. Attaching the height extension kit involves the removal of the table’s feet to slot in the extension kit’s connection. This sturdy, robust solution is an easy assembly, and the non-visible joins are aesthetically seamless.

NARDI have performed research and testing on the material over decades, and have refined it to an extremely high-quality level.

Weatherproof & UV Resistant

Hard-wearing polypropylene & fiberglass resin furnishes one summer after the other. Withstands both the weather and saline environments, with no metal to rust.

The high-end resin is batch-dyed and treated with an anti ultra-violet (UV) agent, producing collections of chairs & tables that stay vibrant in colour over time, even when they are exposed to atmospheric pollutants and salty sea air (saline) conditions for extended periods.

Born in Chiampo (Vicenza – Italy) in 1967. After studying Fine Arts at Accademia di Belle Arti, In Venice, he founded & opened his own industrial design studio in 1993.
His areas of specialization involve designing injection moulded plastic products, indoor & outdoor furniture, and stone & marble work.
His projects have been exhibited in prestigious museums & international events, as well as being published in books & magazines. He currently teaches design at the University of Ferrara.

Typical shipping times are up to 7 days for North Island deliveries, and up to 10 days for South Island deliveries from the time the order is dispatched. Rural RD shipping may take longer. Weather and unforeseen circumstances can impact shipping times.

  • Care must be taken in how things are packed for freighting; we’d rather things arrive in the new condition they were shipped as opposed to being damaged in transit
  • You will be sent tracking data when your order is dispatched
  • Freight companies take longer with Rural (RD) deliveries, we find most RD customers know the drill and area aware of this.
  • Orders typically leave ByDezign within 3-business days

Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return your items must be:

  • Unused in brand new condition
  • Have tags still attached
  • In original packaging

Sale Items: Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds.

Payment Processing Fees: Fees associated with processing the payment are non-refundable, unfortunately we can’t do anything about this as that is the industry standard for payment processing companies.

Return Shipping: We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Regrettably, due to the high cost of domestic freight in New Zealand, we are unable to provide free return shipping for change of mind returns. This is the only way we are able to offer our free delivery promotion in the first place. We genuinely wish this could be different, but please know that we have to strike a balance between the best possible service while managing operational costs to ensure our prices remain competitive. ByDezign offers a minimum 1-year limited warranty on all products, 2-year limited warranty on NARDI manufactured furniture. Commercial use included unless specified otherwise.

Any item found to have a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced if a claim is made within the stated warranty period from the date of purchase.

This excludes any item subjected to improper use, which includes but is not limited to:

– Damage due to abuse or negligence
– Damage due to improper use of the item
– Damage due to the use of solvents or caustic substances on the product
