Maximo Backrest
Backrest attachment for Maximo modular outdoor sofa system.
The Maximo Backrest creates an acute angle of 75° to lean into. Simple and intuitive lock in place mechanism ensures no undesired movement.
There are two standard support attachments for the Maximo. The other option is the Maximo Armrest – a simple vertical 90° arm support.
The backrests and armrests are interchangeable. This allows you to splay your arm support by using backrests throughout your modular sofa. For instance, the pre-configured Maximo 5 Modular L-Shaped Couch contains no armrest modules – all supporting attachments in the Maximo 5 are the 75° lean backrests. This also allows you to use the 90° vertical armrest attachments as backrest support if you prefer a 90° upright seat.
