The Rio 140 is a simply beautiful outdoor dining table that seats 6 in its standard 1400mm length, with extendable functionality pulling out to 2100mm that comfortably seats 8. Manufactured with UV & weather resistant polypropylene & fiberglass resin, and outdoor safe powder coated aluminium. The Rio 140 has a faux timber slat & woodgrain design that’s ultra-low maintenance and easy to clean.

Any item found to have a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced if a claim is made within the stated warranty period of 2-years from the date of purchase. Excludes damage due to improper use, abuse or negligence or use of unsuitable cleaning product.

Care Guide

This product is manufactured with polypropylene + a fibreglass component.

For effective cleaning:

Wash the product with water to remove any surface dirt and dust.
Spray the surface with a non-aggressive universal detergent.
Leave the detergent to work for a few minutes, then wipe with a damp cloth or sponge.
To remove stubborn dirt and surface marks, we recommend using a soft sponge
Use a toothbrush to remove dirt from small spaces.
Rinse with plenty of water and dry with a dry cloth.

Rio 140-210 Extendable Table

The Rio 140 extendable outdoor dining table, comprised of weather & UV resistant polypropylene & fiberglass resin with powder coat aluminium legs. Its 1400mm native length comfortably seats 6, and seats 8 in its extended length of 2100mm. Its narrower than standard 850mm width makes it perfect for more compact areas where patio or garden space is at a premium. Designed & manufactured by NARDI of Italy.

The Rio 140’s design pays tribute to its wooden predecessors with a chunkier timber slat look, that’s got a faux wood grain – however, the Rio does not require the maintenance we’ve come to expect out of wooden furniture. To clean this ultra-functional and low maintenance outdoor dining table all that is required is a wet cloth and some mild soap solution.

Stylish and durable - 5 stars!

Absolutely love the design of this table and the chairs we got with it. It is sturdy, modern and seems as though it will weather the elements well (have only had it for a few weeks). Also love that it’s low maintenance compared to timber options. Great service over the phone too when I rang to discuss the different table top options

Very clever design, good quality and looks great in Charcoal!

I purchased this table in charcoal and very happy with the product.
Extremely easy to put together and to move around (did so with only 1 person) - looks great and exactly as pictured.

Service was great - they know their products well - and the table was delivered in excellent condition and within the same week.

Born in Chiampo (Vicenza – Italy) in 1967. After studying Fine Arts at Accademia di Belle Arti, In Venice, he founded & opened his own industrial design studio in 1993.

His areas of specialization involve designing injection moulded plastic products, indoor & outdoor furniture, and stone & marble work.

His projects have been exhibited in prestigious museums & international events, as well as being published in books & magazines. He currently teaches design at the University of Ferrara.

Typical shipping times are up to 7 days for North Island deliveries, and up to 10 days for South Island deliveries from the time the order is dispatched. Rural RD shipping may take longer. Weather and unforeseen circumstances can impact shipping times.

Care must be taken in how things are packed for freighting; we’d rather things arrive in the new condition they were shipped as opposed to being damaged in transit
